This was like life. So joyful and free as a child. Then the hectic parts of adulthood. And then how things (everything but time) slow and become more serious in old age. This was a great meditation for me. The energy I drew from it in the beginning and how I was able to slow down a little and catch that last bit of grounding and melding in with the music left me feeling whole. Thank you. 💗🥰🙏🏻
