Trained in Restorative Yoga by Jillian Pransky, Faye specializes in offering slower-paced, soothing instruction to consciously bring about states of deep relaxation. When not practicing and teaching yoga, Faye enjoys time spent outdoors hiking with her husband and indoors spoiling her two cats.
