Teller of tales, focused on dark, surreal meditations for this app. The meditations published here are a bit more dark, abstract, and intense than the usual fare, but will always be calm. Ideal for facing fears and contemplating the harder aspects of life. If you like these, they are part of a larger podcast collection, Fatal Neutrinos, available on all major podcatchers.

I really can appreciate the heart and soul he has put into these. I'm definitely going to give them a lesson

These trippy audio essays are closer to poetry and/or experimental fiction than to conventional meditations, which is precisely what draws me to them. I would not recommend them to absolute beginners to meditation, but once you have a practice you feel comfortable with, there are all sorts of ways you might work—or more precisely play—with them. (Catch the podcast for many more recordings than the intriguing few you’ll find here on IT.)

These poetic meditation prompts (that’s the best way I can think of to describe them) may be an acquired taste, but I savor them: just enough guidance and just enough mystery to spark discovery. Not recommended for (most) beginners to meditation, but give them a try any time you feel ready. The open endedness of the writing makes them ideal for repeat listening. Eager to try more.

A poetic, surreal twist on guided meditation. I can’t think of anyone else on IT or elsewhere exploring this territory or technique, and I am eager to hear more.

Glad to hear more from Easton- had the last series on repeat for quite a while. Looking forward to this next one!

Yes! YES! This is the kind of thing I've been looking for! I've got some Nightvale/419/very light Silent Hill kinds of vibes, which is good. Most guided meditations I've heard are very "self-help-y", which I feel misses the point. This... well, this is turning into an essay, not a review. Thank you for putting these up here. Hopefully I can figure out which order to listen in.
