Virgo: Goddess Of Truth & Creation

Welcome to the final stages of February 2021! This broadcast encompasses the Saturn square Uranus energies (the first of three Saturn Uranus squares this year) and we also have a powerful full moon in Virgo. Energies began culminating around 2/15 and will compete to give us a message by month's end.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

Welcome to the second half of February 2021 and the full moon in Virgo on February 27th.

I am recording a couple days before this full moon to capture the energies.

And as with all recordings,

You'll find these energies at just the right time.

They're encapsulated and you can access them before and after the actual date in our world.

And February this year has been quite an intense,

Pivotal month.

We had the stellium in Aquarius,

Which was six planets total,

I believe,

Really bringing through,

Grounding down,

Inviting us to get a deeper understanding of what Aquarius energy even means.

We also had,

On the 17th of February,

Saturn Square Uranus.

And I want to talk a little bit about this here because I believe it's very relevant to our full moon.

So we have the square that actually the square happens three times this year.

The first time was on the 17th of this month.

The second time is going to be on June 14th.

And the final time is going to be on December 24th,

2021.

And what happens here is on the 17th,

There's an activation.

There's a realization.

And then right in June,

In the middle of this year,

We're going to have the opportunity to step into that realization.

On the 24th of December,

We'll have final closure with what realization you might ask.

Well,

We have this square has Saturn in Aquarius squaring Uranus in Taurus.

And this is interesting because Saturn in Aquarius,

Saturn is the planet of karma,

Limitations,

Control,

Structure.

Squaring Uranus,

The planet of truth,

Innovation,

Freedom.

But it's deeper than that.

Saturn is in Aquarius.

Aquarius is ruled by Uranus.

So the karma,

The limitations,

The control that we might feel with Saturn are actually already being lit up and activated with Aquarian energy and Uranus,

Which rules Aquarius is in the sign of Taurus.

Taurus is much more Saturnian energy.

It's a earth sign.

It likes its creature comforts.

It likes things sort of the way they are as comfortable for Taurus,

But Uranus is in Taurus.

So Uranus is activating,

Illuminating these energies.

So this square,

It's subtle,

It's subtle,

And it's revolutionary.

And I want to offer that the square,

Although it happened on the 17th of this month,

The realizations might very well come during this full moon.

Why?

Well,

Typically we know that full moons are times of culmination and realization.

And we have a full moon in the sign of Virgo.

We'll discuss the energies of the virgin goddess in a moment,

But she really likes to clean up shop,

To clean up house,

To put things in order,

To set the record straight and to chart a steady course towards truth and justice.

So Saturn and Aquarius squaring Uranus and Taurus,

You might think back to a week ago,

Whatever a theme might have been for you.

And check in with yourself now and see whether that theme is still present.

What might the realization be about it that can come forth during this full moon?

The realization about truth and justice and actually powerfully,

Simply charting the course towards our heart desire.

So let's get to this Virgo energy.

Virgo is known in our modern world,

The sign,

As the Virgin,

The Virgin goddess and out the gates,

I want to offer that Virgin only relatively recently came to have a sexual connotation.

Prior to that,

A Virgin was known as a woman unto herself.

So as we're going through these times of transformation,

This goddess is here to transform herself in front of our own metaphysical eyes.

And I want to offer that the Virgin goddess is also,

We'll get to why she's,

Her vibration is one of truth,

One of justice,

One of creativity,

One of fertility.

And I want to go back to one of the first places that we see Virgo,

Where we find her being written about.

It's in Sumerian culture.

She was the goddess Nisaba.

She was a goddess of learning,

A goddess of the harvest.

She had a strong connection to both writing and learning,

As well as the harvesting of grain.

And the Sumerian people associated her with,

Well actually some of the first historical proof of trade that we have in human history.

So she's a goddess of fertility,

But she's a goddess of creativity,

Of manifestation and of abundance to the Sumerians.

We also,

If we go back to Babylonian times in the 10th century,

The constellation Virgo was known as the furrow,

Which represented the Babylonian's goddess Shalla,

Which was a fertility goddess or Salla.

And she was said to be holding an ear of grain.

And in these times,

Grain was very valuable.

It was a symbol of fertility and of wealth and abundance.

So the change sort of comes about in the Greek era.

Greco-Roman times,

I've spoken of in previous broadcasts as well as in the goddess course,

They claim to be offering some sort of high culture and advancement.

But oftentimes what's happened with these quote unquote advances is the shrouding of something much more simple,

Much more close to the land,

Much more powerful.

So it's actually in the Greek era where this goddess of fertility and abundance and grain and writing,

She comes to take on a less potent role.

And it's interesting to note that it's the Greek era,

Which scholars believe to be a very formative period in the development of astrology as we know it today.

Well,

Gosh,

Before we get to,

Well,

So let's go next to Virgo's association with Persephone,

The goddess of spring.

I've done a podcast before on Persephone about the story that we are presented,

Which is a young maiden picking flowers who snatched from her happy place in the field by the god of the underworld and kidnapped and carried off to an unhappy life as a wife of this god of the underworld,

Away from her mother who she misses.

And she ends up being able to work out that she spends half her time with this god of the underworld and half her time with her mother.

And it's a very disempowered story until we consider that perhaps Persephone chose of her own right to spend half the time above ground goddess of spring and half the time below ground goddess of the underworld.

So Virgo became connected with Persephone because just like this goddess of spring,

Persephone,

Virgo's stars are most visible six months out of the year.

So Virgo's energy is interesting because it's right in alignment with the idea of what's visible during spring,

Birth,

Abundance,

Manifestation,

And then also what's not visible.

The time that Persephone knows is equally as important.

Here in our 3D world,

We're being invited to remember right now that the things we can't see are equally if not more powerful than the things that surround us today.

And that might be part of this message for this Saturn square Uranus and this full moon.

Another manifestation that we see in history.

This is where she begins to become a little bit disempowered.

The virgin goddess takes on the name Astraea and that's the goddess of innocence,

Purity,

Precision,

And justice.

And Astraea was one of the final gods to live amongst human beings.

And she left humans because she became so disturbed by how what she saw wrong and wicked and untruthful humanity had become.

And as the story goes,

She moves into the heavens and when she's in the heavens,

She relaxes into the constellation we know as Virgo.

And the legend also says that Astraea plans to someday return to our planet to bring a golden age with her when she does.

Quite possibly when humanity starts to make things right again.

So I want to tighten this up,

Close this up so we can get to a practice.

But it's worth noting that many famous Greek goddesses as we know them are casually referred to as virgins today.

And it's also worth remembering that this does not necessarily mean anything about chastity.

This might mean,

As I said,

A woman unto herself.

A woman who has her power,

Claims her sexuality,

Claims all of her abundant fertility and manifestation power.

So,

One more thing to consider is that we could argue that it's time to take this virgin goddess and reimagine her as a goddess of fertility.

Fertility has many forms,

Manifestation,

Creating things,

Calling them into our physical world,

Out of our imagination,

Out of our heart's desire,

Out of our deepest longing for transformation and change.

We have the power to create and this goddess is here with us during this full moon.

So let's get to a practice.

Find a place where you can sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes.

Let your spine be straight,

Let your jaw relax,

Let your eyelids be heavy.

And see if you can,

Just like goddess Astraea,

Take any heaviness you feel,

Any upset emotions about the way the world is and much like the constellation in the sky,

Relax yourself.

Relax yourself and imagine that you're traveling up and out into space above the planet Earth,

The beautiful goddess Gaia.

You can see her bright blue waters and her verdant green land and you're going up,

Up,

Up.

And as you arrive in the sky you get to sense this larger energetic picture.

As you look around you see stars and galaxies and you can sense the intelligence of each point of light.

And so far up away from the planet that we know as home there's a different perspective.

There is the sense that everything is possible and everything is just simply energy.

And imagine yourself in your light body floating,

Floating up in space and a goddess is coming to meet you.

She's a six winged angelic goddess,

Virgo.

And notice what you sense,

What you see as she approaches you.

It's as if she has rainbow light coming from her wings,

Right from the center of her chest is this beautiful beam of silver gold light and she arrives with light emanating from the crown of her head,

Emanating from her heart.

This goddess has been in existence for as long as humanity has inhabited earth.

She has an interesting perspective.

She's seen the beautiful bright potential that human beings are able to co-create with the spiritual non-physical world.

And for this time share with her your visions,

Your dreams,

Potentially anything that you need to release that's in the way and just energetically beam it to her from your heart to this six winged goddess.

Wings go above her head out from her sides and the other set of wings points down and she's just beaming rainbow light and as you communicate with her notice how she just absorbs any fear,

Any worry,

Any blockages,

Any doubts and she's beaming back to you the immense love and truth of infinite possibility.

As if to remind you that she has no doubts about your ability to manifest your heart's desires,

About your ability to co-create in effect beautiful transformational healing change.

And just receive this wisdom,

This transmission.

Allow it to enter your energetic body as if you're receiving these codes of rainbow light into your DNA and as you receive this light any heavy energy instantly transformed as if on a cellular level this goddess is reminding you of your innate ability to manifest miracles,

To manifest your heart's desire.

And just receive,

Receive,

Receive this light,

These codes,

This information,

This knowing.

And this goddess,

Much like goddess Astraea wants to remind you that times are lightning,

That she will return,

That you will from this day forward be able to interact with her,

All on her.

And in that regard she begins to guide you back towards your home in this lifetime,

Back towards planet earth.

It's as if she's got you under her wings and she's taking you back,

Back,

Back down.

You can see the beautiful blue green color of mother earth and she's taking you back to the exact place where you're listening to this,

Where you're connecting with her and she's now in the room with you.

And feel her energy infuse the room or the sacred space that you're in and forming everything around you of her presence.

And she reminds you that you can call on her whenever you need.

You can also consider six wings as a symbol of her presence,

Even the number six.

This angelic goddess has always been with you.

It's just a matter of your willingness and her presence being able to connect,

Moving forward effortlessly.

And this is a part of her return to our planet.

And as her energy is still with you,

Notice any realizations that you have.

It might be an aha moment.

It might just be this sense of easing into the truth of who you are,

Of all that you're capable of and accepting that.

And feel the beliefs and the thought forms that were blocking you already gone so that there's just more space in your heart,

In your mind and your spirit.

Space for light,

Space for truth,

Space for creative abundance,

All of these things which are the energies of this goddess.

She is reminding you that she is you and you are her.

And all you need to do is be willing to receive these energies.

And so now,

Coming back into your body,

See if you can bring this wisdom with you back into the room where you're listening to this,

Potentially even opening your eyes and looking around and receive this truth of your limitless creative potential.

You are the truth and the abundance and the manifestation that you seek.

And you are,

Should you accept it,

The embodiment of the energies of this goddess.

And just take a deep breath in and hold that breath for a moment and just receive that knowing.

And as you exhale,

Just let that exhale be the release of anything that no longer serves.

Two more times,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold that breath for just a moment and look around the room and just feel the truth of this transmission already inside you and exhale,

Releasing anything that's no longer needed.

One more time,

Breathing in.

And as if you're saying silently to yourself and so it is,

Proclaiming this truth is yours,

Receiving it is yours and breathing out,

Letting go.

Wonderful.

This goddess is here for you whenever you need her and she is,

Her energies are returning to our planet,

Beginning to return and you potentially are one of the conduits for the return of this energy.

And should you choose to receive that,

That might be the aha moment for this full moon,

That realization,

Nothing to do just to be and to allow that energy to come through you.

Knowing also that as you allow this energy to flow through you,

You receive the benefits of all the energy that you're channeling,

All the light,

All the love,

All the truth,

All the justice,

All the creative abundant manifestation energy that you're channeling is your experience.

Also,

It is the energy that you're sharing with the world.

Wonderful.
