Alexander Voloshyn is a professional composer and a multi instrumentalist, with two decades of experience of making music and mixing audio for all kinds of media projects. His healing journey began in 2010 when he was initiated into ancient slavic tradition where he studied and mastered mind/body connection, energy healing and working with human aura, learned about psychosomatic roots of diseases and extensively practiced releasing emotional blockages and relieving physical pain and tension from the body. After several years of practice he healed himself from a chronic allergic disease and began teaching and healing others. Healing Meditation Music is his project and artist name, devoted to ambient music with Solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats which is available for personal use as well as for licensing. This is where healing and musical paths blend together into one, ability to bring healing experience into making music, affect human mind and emotional states through frequencies and sound vibrations!

I slept through the whole night with no problems. I’ve known for years I had insomnia and that because of insomnia I gave difficulty falling asleep. Lately, I had experiences of waking up in the middle of the night whether to use the bathroom or not being able to sleep. Sometimes I wake up early morning. Today is Wednesday where I am PST, Monday night was rough. However, I made up for the loss of sleep for Monday night and never slept better. I think because I didn’t sleep well Monday night that Tuesday I had to care for myself more and recognize my stress levels, the pressure, and the work I do as someone who works in nonprofit has caused my health decline. I feel better after a good deep sleep.
