Lección 1
Creating Safety
For our first meditation together we are going to create a beautiful safe container from which you can draw upon throughout the entirety of the course. One of the most important components to connect with to start this journey is the reason you have started here. Therefore, it’s not only important that you hear my intention but you connect to your own.
This may be a very easy one for you to know and feel. More than likely it’s the outcome you are aspiring toward and the very reason you clicked on the course in the first place — to live a life free of anxiety.
Lección 2
Healing All Aspects of Self
This course is a holistic approach to anxiety. We will be working through releasing anxiety from your system and life from many angles. Today that angle is through energetics.
As an energy healer, I see a balanced energy system of magnificent importance when working through life’s obstacles. Your skin, your organs, and your cells are all made up of energy, just like your chakras, aura, and even the thoughts that pass through your being. All energy and all are as important as one another. You know the saying - mind, body, soul. We want all of these aspects to be on the same wavelength, running the same story and working, building, and growing together.
Lección 3
Energy Cleanse
Before we go too far into the course I wanted to use this session to give you a moment of bliss. I want to help you wipe off the outer layers of stress or anxiety you have been carrying around with you.
As I have mentioned, energy work is all about bringing all of your systems back into balance by restoring the prana, chi, life force, or vitality of the body.
In today's meditation session, I invite you to let go of any tension in your body. In this relaxed state, it is my intention that you see beyond the veil of anxiety in your awareness.
Lección 4
Journal Your Anxiety
Knowing your story is an empowering piece of the puzzle. As when we know it, we know what to expect, we know what calms us and brings us down to the ground once more. We can start to easily dismantle anxieties power by moving from the main character to the narrator and then stepping back into the shoes of the author.
This is your life, your story.
You get to create the autobiography.
Not anxiety.
Lección 5
Neurological Redirecting
Anxiety can keep people with one foot in and one foot out of fight or flight and when fight or flight is activated it draws so many of the body’s energetic resources, pulling them away from internal processes such as digestion, immune responses, cell repair and basically draining every maintaining or building function that our body undergoes.
Because of this, it is important that when you are in an anxious state you can bring yourself back from the edge of panic and overwhelm.
Lección 6
Future Authoring
Today, we are going to rescript your anxiety story. We are going to shift some key perspectives to allow light into the situation. When we change some of the verbiage within a story we can start to open to the very real possibility and the realization that anxiety no longer has to be part of your day-to-day happenings. In this process, we can hand back the ownership of this sensation and see anxiety for the reaction that it is.
Anxiety is an emotion that is available in everyone and we certainly don’t have to continue to choose for it to rule us.
Lección 7
Inner Child Rescue
When working with the energetic body some 95% of cases find that the trauma, pain and conditioning is sitting within the realm of the ‘inner child’. This is a timeline roughly between birth all the way up to the age of 14 where we are soaking in the world like never before. Like vibrant sponges hungry for information and searching for a framework to learn our position in the world.
Inner child work works with the subconscious mind to unlock memories stored within your cellular structures and energetic memory. Inner child work is powerful and can tap into the root of unhealthy manifestations with ease.
Lección 8
Breathing Through the Layers
Today, we are going to be moving forward through a very natural process; through the vehicle of the breath.
The breath holds much wisdom, far more than we ever give it credit. Upon observation, the breath shows us our current state of emotions. The breath fills us with life. It replenishes, oxygenates, cleanses, and clears our cells. It assists in all bodily processes and functions. The breath is a seamless channel of energy from the outside world delivered into our internal sanctuary.
Lección 9
Speaking to the Victim
Today, with open arms we speak to the victim. Or a part of a victim mentality that may be keeping you somewhat trapped in this perpetual cycle. We speak to the victim with the utmost compassion and understanding with the removal of all judgment.
No one is to be judged here. No one is to be blamed here.
We are here to show compassion.
Lección 10
Clearing the Channel
So far, we have stabilised your energy by creating safety in your body. We have mapped out what anxiety means to you in your everyday life and we have expanded your energetic container for what you can hold and clear simultaneously. By now I know that your energetic roots are firmly planted within the earth, you are feeling and seeing signs that anxiety is simply a temporary experience for you. Today we are jumping into physical practice,
employing our faculties of breath, sound, and movement to clear the channel!
Lección 11
Energy Clearing
It is important throughout this anxiety-healing process that we become aware of our energy levels. When we are pushing too hard and when we are feeling run down. On top of becoming aware of them, it is most important to act accordingly. Booking in some self-care time. A massage, a session with an energetic healer for Reiki, go for a restorative yoga class, a brisk walk, sweat it up, change your state. Self-care doesn’t have to cost any money either. Listen to an inspiring podcast series, go for an invigorating dive in the ocean, and take that bath that you have been promising yourself for weeks.
Lección 12
Affirmations
Affirmations gift us a tangible expression that we get to run through our body. Affirmations can work like bottle brushes to clean and clear out the muck and grime that builds up over the days and weeks from entrenched negative thought forms. Opposed to eroding and blocking pathways to sustainable peace, affirmations build, repair, clean and stabilise the ones we want to keep around.
Opening up and releasing the grip on anxiety is where we start to change your story and open to the very real possibility and realisation that anxiety no longer has to be part of your story.
Lección 13
Anchoring
When we are in an anxious state a mental anchor or physical anchor can be very helpful and somewhat life-saving to bring your head back above the surface. Just like the affirmations in yesterday’s session, we can revert back to them in times of need to instantly change the energy in our body and the focus of our mind. The same can be achieved with anchors.
Anchors aren’t here to distract so much as to redirect misplaced energy. In today’s meditation, we are going to bring awareness to the anchors in your life that are already present and build upon those resources for you.
Lección 14
True Alignment
Today, I want you to gently send awareness into your entire life, your physical body, your fridge, your phone, your TV, your car or vehicle, your friends, your work, your partner, your parents, and your children. Whatever stage of life you are at. Send your awareness into all spaces. In this meditation, we are going to call in your higher self or your soul. And we're going to cross reference your current existence with that of your soul's essence. Without judgment and without expectation from your storied self. I want you to listen and observe. We are going to merge with the alignment that you are destined for.
Lección 15
Dissolving Shame
Shame is one of the most self-deprecating fear-based energies that we can muster up. It is one that constricts us more than anything. It stifles our expression, it stifles our choices and it keeps us locked in a tiny little box, imprisoned by our own thoughts of self. Thoughts that very quickly move into a realm of you not being worthy.
Today let's dive into nurturing territory and release shame and to cultivate a tangible sense of self worth.
Lección 16
Cultivating Self-Worth
Today, we're going to bring into the light some of the self-eroding worthiness beliefs that you may harbor within your body, and then we're going to flip them on your head. This life is far too incredible to continue wallowing in old tired self-worth stories. I know, without a shadow of a doubt that you have come here to this earth in this time to be the most expansive version of yourself that you can be.
This includes bringing to light and grounding your unique gifts, whichever shape, form, or size they come in. And that my beautiful friend is remarkably special and infinitely worth celebrating.
Lección 17
Your 'A-Team'
Having people in your corner who know you intimately is a deeply comforting component that makes up our human experience as it gives us a sense of belonging.
The number 1 reason people all across the world download meditation apps is because of anxiety. Anxiety is more common than you may realise, people just don’t know where to start to connect.
Today let us energetically call in your A-team. Spirit or physical, so they can be a huge supportive stand for you and your sense of thriving.
Lección 18
Integration and Embodiment
We have arrived at the last day of the course.
My biggest wish for you is that you feel anxiety far less than when you started the course and that your anxiety may even be unrecognisable or completely transmuted. Wherever you sit on that spectrum I want to celebrate you for how far you have come on this journey!! It is not any small feat. With this level of dedication, you can move mountains.
Let us thank all your past experiences in life that brought you to this very moment and always be open to allowing the gold of each learning to drop into your body.
