This is a TMI Stage 6.5 meditation on the First Whole Body Jhana. You will need to feel the breath in the whole body...to feel the chi, prana, or inner winds of the breath in the whole body. If you have done enough body scanning you may have developed the requisite sensitivity to make this meditation more meaningful. If not you can develop that capacity in Stage 5, 5.5 & 6 guided meditations. The sound quality is not the best since I didn't have a mic but the instruction is good.
