I normally listen to Native American flute musician Carlos Nakai throughout the night as I find it very soothing. However, due to my anxiety, I need something more meditative to get and keep me asleep.

I’ve listened to 6-7 other sleep related meditation recordings in search of something that works for me. This offering is the only one thus far that puts me into a deep sleep. I’ve used it only four times thus far and each time I’ve been able to drift off after about 30 minutes and stay asleep as long as it continues to play.
