I invite you to pay attention to the sensations you feel as you let Reiki flow through you.
Take them in and acknowledge them,

During this time together I will send Reiki to you as you meditate according to your intentions for your highest and greatest good.
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
You can sit on the floor,
Your legs crossed or against a wall or on a chair,
Leaning against the backrest.
Ground yourself.
Take off your shoes.
If you are sitting on a chair,
Place your feet on the ground.
Close your eyes.
Open yourself to the flow of Reiki in your personal energy field,
In your body,
In your mind.
Relax.
Bring your hands together.
Press your palms together in front of your chest.
Center your palms in the middle of your body,
On your heart.
You are now centering the energies of your body in balance.
Connect with the energy that gives life to the universe,
The source of all life around you and within you.

Don't force it.

Let go of any thought that might come into your mind.

Keep your hands together and raise them to your forehead,
The seat of intuition,
Which you are now activating.
Express your gratitude for this connection to the universal energy in your own way with simple words.
You can now lower your arms and let your hands rest on your legs for a few moments.
Welcome now the universal energy within you.
Bring your inner vision to the top of your head,
To the crown.
This is the point where Reiki enters your body,
Invited by you to flow freely and naturally through this energy point down to the neck,
Shoulders,
Arms and into the palms of your hands.
This energy knows exactly where to flow and bring balance.
You can imagine Reiki as a gentle vortex,
As a light,
Whatever works for you.
You cannot go wrong.
Take a couple of deep breaths,
Open this connection to the universal energy.
Surrender and open yourself to gratefully receive a gift.
You will now bring your hands to the energy centers of your body,
Starting with your head,
Placing your hands next to each other on top of your head,
In contact or slightly raised as you prefer.
The first energy center is the crown,
At the top of your head.
The color associated with the crown is white.
The perfect blend of all other colors and the element of this energy center is thought.
This bright white is where you receive and release energy.
It represents your consciousness,
Your thinking,
Your openness to the world,
To the universe outside of yourself.
Bring your attention to your ability to be aware to your purity,
Unconditional love and light.
Open yourself to the guidance of the universal energy flowing in and through you.
Release any limiting thoughts about yourself and others.

Located in the middle of your forehead,
Just above your eyebrows.
You can place one hand on your forehead and one at the back of your head or next to each other with your palms gently above your eyes.
This is the third eye,
The seat of intuition,
Whose element is light and whose color is indigo.
It's not just about the physical sight.
There is something deeper that allows you to truly,
Intuitively see and understand what is going on.
The third eye allows you to see through situations,
Intentions,
Needs.
When this energy center is balanced,
You'll be able to see for the greatest and highest good.
You will be lifted above your uncertainties.

Located on the throat,
Whose color is a deep blue.
You can place your hands at the side of your neck or hold them at a slight distance.
You allow Reiki to flow for a few seconds in silence to this energy center,
Whose element is sound.
Beyond the sounds you make,
The words you speak,
There is a deeper way for you to communicate with yourself,
Others and the world.
It is your truth and integrity.
When you express yourself in a world that's different than you,
All the times that it's difficult to manifest yourself for who you are,
To share your life and identity,
The energy gets stuck here.
Send Reiki to your throat.
Allow yourself to be an authentic person.
When your energy center of the throat is balanced,
It can also sometimes remind you that not speaking,
Not reacting,
Remaining in silence is the best option for you and for others.

Put your attention to the flow of energy that descends from the top of your head through your arms,
Reaching your hands and now your heart.
The element associated with your fourth energy center is air.
The heart center is so important for your well-being.
It is the turning point and balance between the three lower centers linked to your more earthly aspects and the higher ones linked to your more spiritual aspects.
The color of the heart center is green.
When energy flows in balance and harmony in this center,
You are able to bring back to your heart compassion,
Kindness,
Goodness in their true essence.

The color associated with the solar plexus is yellow like the sun,
Like wheat fields.
Its element is fire.
When energy doesn't flow here freely,
It can manifest as anxiety.
When you are in uncertainty,
In worry,
You feel like a weight on your stomach area,
Like a knot.
You feel unable to move forward because there is a lack of that gut feeling that orients you like an inner compass.
Reiki gently brings you willpower,
Clarity.
It gives you the confidence and courage to move beyond troubling situations,
Worries,
Concerns of all kinds.
Everything is temporary.
Allow this energy to calm and rebalance.

Like coral,
Like a beautiful sunset.
Its element is water in which you formed before coming into being.
When the energy gets stuck around this centre,
You feel blocked in your creativity,
Unable to commit to something you care about,
To create intimacy and relationships based on trust.
This is where the energy that gives life to your plans and intentions is concentrated.
Here lies the ability to feel at ease with yourself,
At home,
At the innermost centre of who you are.
Breathe deeply and allow the energy flowing from your hands to bring balance to this centre.

Bring your hands towards your root energy centre as reiki flows easily and gently through your shoulders,
Arms and palms.
Imagine a red colour surrounding this area of your body,
Your root centre.
A bright ruby red shining from this centre,
Whose element is earth.
Connecting to this base centre which takes care of bringing your energy down,
Like the roots of a tree,
Grounds you here and now,
Connects you with your deepest certainties and gives you safety.
Sometimes you feel like leaves in the wind,
When your energy is concentrated in the higher centres.
Even those times when you feel spiritually enlightened,
When you touch spiritual heights,
Remember the essential human need to honour your matter,
Your body,
To feel grounded.
When the root centre is energised and balanced,
It reminds you to slow down.
The root energy reminds you that this moment is the only one you have to get in touch with yourself.
Take a moment to feel your energy moving gently downwards,
Like the roots of a tree sinking into the earth.
Feel your feet firmly on the floor,
Centre yourself in yourself.

Your hands are centred in the middle of your body.
Ask Reiki to flow into you as long as it is needed for your highest and greatest good.
