I undertook my initial yoga teacher training in India, studying under Swami Vidyanand and have taught yoga in New Zealand and the UK. I have a particular interest in Yin Yoga, following the principles of Paul Grilley. I find Yin Yoga simply nourishes my soul. I use yoga and meditation to develop self-awareness and love nothing better than to share with others the beautiful balance yoga has bought me.
