Hello and welcome to your sleep meditation with me Elisa Bosmarova.
Go ahead now and take a nice deep breath,
Making sure you're in a comfortable position and just really feeling into the body,
Noticing any sensations in the body and breathing through any tension as we begin our practice.
Imagining that you are standing in a beautiful peaceful forest surrounded by fragrant trees,
Grasses and flowers and just in front of you in a clearing across the way is a beautiful waterfall.
You see the mist rising from a small pool formed by the waterfall and as you breathe and walk across the clearing feeling more relaxed,
Letting your body sink into the surface beneath you.
With every breath you take,
Walking,
Breathing,
You can see through the waterfall a doorway,
A golden door waiting for you to open it,
Shining and sparkling with rainbow light.
You step into the cool water and feel the gentle rain of the waterfall as you reach the door and turn the beautiful ornate crystal handle and as you open the door you see a stairwell with steps leading down to a beautiful valley filled with green grass,
Pink flowers and a soft place to lie down.
With every number I count you will feel more and more relaxed and at peace.

Stepping down those steps.

Feeling so relaxed.

Making your way to the softest spot on the grass in this safe valley.
Imagine that your body is able to hear you and talk with you.
Can you let your body know now that you are ready to fall deeply and completely asleep?
Can you listen for anything your body may want to tell you?
Maybe giving you advice for how you can enjoy a deep nourishing sleep.
Now making your way up to a standing position in this beautiful valley.
Knowing that when you return to that clearing,
To the forest,
You will still have this ability to connect with your body and to enjoy deep sleep.
Standing at the foot of the stairs now,
As I count from 1 to 5,
You will feel more energized while still being completely relaxed.

Climbing up those stairs.

Returning to the waterfall,
Enjoying the cool sensation on your skin.
Slowly,
Gently making your way across the clearing,
Back into the woods where you feel so held and safe.
Finding a comfortable place to relax now and simply letting go into a deep and peaceful sleep.
