Conception Cradle Meditation For The Fertility Journey

Access the love and power of your Soul to clear, balance and harmonize your conception cradle. This is an activated meditation that is intended to serve you on your fertility journey. It alchemizes fear and control into trust, allowing, and surrender with the power of your breath and Light.

Welcome to your Conception Cradle Meditation. I'm going to start by closing the eyes and going into the body. Take a breath into the body. Welcome your soul. Welcome the light of your soul, Its love, Its power, Its peace. Welcome all of the compassion of your soul and allow it to bring you the awareness that you need to create a nurturing, Vibrant, Harmonious and coherent conception cradle. Allow it to co-create with you. And so we start with what's present, What's present in the body, What's present in the mind, Any contraction, Any tension, Any sense of doing or force, Control. And any tensions, Especially as it relates to your fertility journey, Preparing for baby. And take a deep breath. Starting with just allowing, Allowing your awareness to rest with these contracted energies within the fear-based energies in the conception cradle. Breathing with them, Not fixing, Changing, Improving, Just meeting yourself exactly where you are. A breath of love. And now turn to the light of your soul and welcome the light into the mind. And welcome the light into any part of you that feels burdened, Heavy, Fearful, Doubtful, Unworthy. Welcome the light into the part of you that feels alone and maybe even helpless. Just let the light embrace these energies. They're just energies, And we don't give them more power than they have. You can take your power back, Feeling that power return to you, A hand on your solar plexus, Just above the navel, A hand on your heart. I reclaim my power from the fear. I reclaim my power from any sense of brokenness, Impatience, The doing and controlling. And allow the light to find the cells that have been holding these energies. The intelligence of the light knows just where to go. Allow it to go into the body, Into your conception cradle, Clearing, Purifying, Preparing the body to welcome baby. And now think of your love for the incoming soul. Think of your love for baby soul and feel that love. Feel into your heart's desire. Send this love into the womb. Send the love into the cradle, Allowing the light to saturate the cells, To saturate your womb. And then with a breath, Anchor this light and anchor your love into your body, Into your mind, Gently making your way back as you're ready.
