So you might want to start by closing your eyes,

Just settling in,

Squaring your body,

Feet flat,

Noticing your breath,

Drawing in,

Settling down with gravity,

Slowing down into a stillness,

Taking a few deep breaths.

Envision the landscape of your life,

Space and time given geography in your mind.

Place the various experiences of your life in the fields,

Family,

Career,

Passions,

Play.

Assort and arrange them visually in your mind's eye,

Starting to give them shape and proportion.

Let that play out with a few more breaths.

Once the image starts to find equilibrium,

Take a few more breaths and come back to this moment,

Opening your eyes when you're ready.
