Transcript

Let's have a minute of silence to arrive properly and set a constructive mindset to serve the purpose of the meeting using the perception of the breath.

So let's get into a comfortable and attentive position.

Settling the gaze in front of you with a sense of dignity and grace.

Perceiving each inhale and exhale and the pauses in between.

Sometimes we experience that the mind is wandering to the past or the future.

And these moments we can congratulate ourselves for noticing,

Bringing the mind gently and kindly back to the physical sensation of the breath.

Slowly breathing.

Now before we close,

Let's see what comes up to the question,

What is of service right now for this meeting?

What do you,

Your body and mind need to be fully present?

And what might the others need to be able to co-create a successful meeting?

Coming to a close,

Let's find an inner gesture to connect to the others in the meeting,

Thanking them and yourself for this moment of preparation.

Taking a deep breath in and out,

Bringing movement back into our bodies and open your eyes in your own pace.
