In this Energy Medicine of the Chakras course, you will discover the archetypal and invisible, but very real, energy of each of the 8 major chakras. This is an opportunity to learn about the chakras from an energy medicine standpoint, and to discover which one might need tending, and could be a powerful ally for you to work with. The energy of each chakra holds powerful archetypal messages and an overall story of our own evolution. As we walk through each one, you will see the hero or heroine’s journey unfold that I have talked about in my Archetypal Language of Astrology series as well. These archetypes all overlap to teach us important lessons for our journey here on earth as we evolve as a species.

Heidi is a spiritual teacher, mentor, energy healer, channel, medium, reiki master and astrologer. In her energy healing practice, she often works with the energy centers of the body to help balance misaligned energy that causes disruption in the body on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. As such, she has developed an understanding of the energetic property that each chakra holds. Learning about this, even a little bit, allows us to begin to understand the magic that lives in the human body on multiple levels, and also the inherent healing properties available as well.

Lesson 1

Welcome And Set Up

In this first day of the course, I go over the basics and lay the groundwork for what we will cover throughout. This is a necessary step to set up the lens in which to look through in this course. This is about far more than energy systems in the body, and leads to an overall story of the power and magic that you are, and that lives in your body.

Lesson 2

Root Chakra

Today we'll discuss the archetypal, energetic and physical properties of the root chakra and how a weak root chakra might manifest in your life. Your relationship with your parents primarily lives here.

Lesson 3

Sacral Chakra

Today we move on to the Sacral Chakra, the home of creativity, fire, passion, urge, sexuality and sensuality. The key disruption of the Sacral Chakra is flow. When we don't allow our unique life force energy to flow, we begin to damn up the energy in our own body, causing stagnation and illness.

Lesson 4

Solar Plexus

Today we move on to the solar plexus, the home of will, determination, discipline and boundaries. The organs associated with this chakra are all the sorting and decision-making organs of the gut that help us further refine what we are creating or who we are becoming. In my practice, I would say the bulk of the work lives here. This is where boundaries are required to differentiate and become your own unique, authentic self.

Lesson 5

Heart

Today we move on to the heart chakra, the bridge between the lower and upper chakras, the lower and upper worlds, and the place where all of us needs to be allowed for better flow and ease. Grief is stored in the lungs and gets stuck here when we don't express.

Lesson 6

Throat

Today we move on to the throat chakra, home of expression. This is a really important and potent chakra as the place where the desire inside of finally gets expressed outside of the body and shared with the world.

Lesson 7

Third Eye

Today we move on to the third eye, the home of intuition, clarity and manifestation. Keeping the instrument of the mind and body clean is very important here. This is where we get completely clouded or deluded with too much use of our minds, and not enough space for reflection and the magic of Spirit to enter.

Lesson 8

Crown

Today we move on to the crown chakra, the home of union, communion and a return to the all-is-one principle, source energy within us. Even our anatomy shows us this archetypal story. Here, we are reminded we are not alone, but rather a part of a much larger system of unity consciousness.

Lesson 9

Moon Chakra

Today we move to the Moon Chakra, the 8th chakra that sits at the back of the head, and above the head, connecting us to higher dimensions, and or torus field that moves around our bodies like a holographic energy holding our bodies in space.

Lesson 10

Conclusion

Today we wrap up the course and hear a poem that I have been working with for over a decade to help us understand the whole body nature of our existence and the importance of nuance as we walk this path of healing, to consider including and reintegrating the whole of you for more vitality, health, wealth, worth, and overall happiness.
