I want to talk to you today about something important,

About yoga.

Yoga is as important as nothing else.

Out of all pressing matters,

Yoga should be the most pressing matter.

So how do you start practicing real yoga?

You go slowly.

You need to go really slowly to be able to start practicing yoga.

Because when you are learning,

When you are just beginning,

Nothing helps you better than the slow speed of your pace.

So when you get tuned in to the new frequency of slow motion,

You can start your yoga by saying out loud the following phrase.

Now yoga is explained.

You need to say this out loud so your ears can hear it.

Because when you are thinking thoughts inside of your mind,

Your ears can't hear you.

So you need to say it once,

Out loud.

Now yoga is explained.

Now yoga begins.

And after saying this,

You need to sharpen your mind.

Sharpen it like a Japanese sword.

So it can cut through mental substance,

Like through melted butter.

And with your mind being as sharp as that,

You need to start observing your body.

This is where you start.

And you observe it from the inside and from the outside.

Making sure your body is receiving your fullest attention because it has missed it.

It has been missing your attention.

You owe it to your body.

You follow the path of yoga by living together with your body,

By feeling what it is feeling,

By smelling what it is smelling,

By tasting what it is tasting.

And after a little while of you trying to practice yoga,

Yoga starts practicing you and the process becomes autonomous.

It's picking you up like a wave.

It's lifting you up like a surge of wind would lift up a kite in the sky.

You let it happen to you.

And this is how you heal.

This is how you restore yourself.

This is how you have fun.
