Single, long-fading tones lead you from the smaller pyramids to the large, deep ones – and gently back again. Soft transitions, no spoken words, a long fade into silence.

Lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes and let the sounds simply come and go. An invitation to pause, to breathe more slowly, and to arrive fully in listening for a few minutes.
