
Remember Who You Are

You are a divine being of light. All powerful. All loving. But, sometimes you forget. (It's part of the human experience) This guided meditation is an activation to remind you who you are & what you are on this planet to do! Be guided through a process of empowerment, self-love, forgiveness, and remembering who you are...!
Transcript
Hello and welcome to your remember who you are meditation.
Just pop this baby in whenever you forget that you are a divine being of light,
All powerful,
All loving.
Whenever your human experience is having you feel a little extra human,
It happens.
And I'm here to remind you,
You are love.
So go ahead and gently close your eyes and just start settling into your body,
Relaxing your body.
You can have your feet on the ground rooting into the earth or you can sit cross legged lotus style.
Just make sure your back,
Your spine is nice and straight.
Sitting tall like a yogi.
Just relax so you can roll them up and back and down and just let them relax.
Settling into your breath.
Just noticing the inhalations and the exhalations and begin to slow down your breath.
Each inhalation getting a little longer,
A little deeper,
Belly rising full and then just slowly releasing it all with your exhalation.
Letting the belly fall and gently squeezing out all of that old stale air and continue this long,
Slow breathing as you drop into your body.
Just feeling and becoming really present in this moment.
And now powerfully calling in all of your guides and your angels,
Your higher self,
All beings of white lights,
Asking you to come and be with us here and now to guide us,
To love us,
To support us and to help us remember who we are.
Feeling them in powerfully now and knowing that this dream team is always available to you.
You just simply need to invite them in and ask them to be with you.
Feeling their energy and their presence now,
Their comforts and supports.
In your mind's eye now,
Just gently draw up that voice or that feeling or that darkness.
Whatever is holding you back in your life right now,
Whatever is making you feel small,
Whatever is causing the heartache,
Whatever is causing you pain,
Bring that sensation,
That voice,
Bring it forward and just listen.
What is it trying to tell you?
What is it really trying to tell you?
Because all pain,
All discomfort has something profound to tell us.
It is pointing you back in the direction of your light,
But you have to pay attention first.
You have to feel it to heal it.
So ask it now.
What are you trying to tell me?
And listen.
Listen in to that deep inner wisdom,
That inner knowing and tell it,
Thank you.
Yes,
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to grow.
To transform,
To transmute this pain into power now.
Good.
And really listen to what it has to say to you.
And it's okay if the answers don't come right away.
They might not come all at once,
But just sit with this and be with this and know that they're coming.
Relief is on the way.
You're already back on the path of stepping into your power.
And now we call in the high vibrational energy of love and forgiveness.
To any person,
Any human that came into your mind's eye when you were calling in those feelings of pain and discomfort.
I want you to drop into the knowing that they were actually just doing the best that they could with their own life circumstances,
Where they're at in their own spiritual evolution.
And even though the best that they could do didn't feel good enough or doesn't feel good enough to you,
Perhaps not even close enough to that.
I'm inviting you to find it in your heart to forgive them now.
Because forgiveness of them is healing for you.
It's freedom for you.
So try this on in your mind's eye,
Looking into the eyes,
Into the soul of this other human or these other humans and just say,
I know you were doing your best.
And even though you cause me pain or you cause me discomfort or you cause me to forget who I really am.
I forgive you.
Good.
I forgive you.
And now turn this energy inwards and find those spots within or you felt that you weren't good enough.
You weren't worthy of love enough.
You didn't try hard enough,
Didn't stand in your power enough and apply that same love and that same forgiveness to yourself.
Forgive yourself now.
Really let yourself off the hook because you are more than enough.
You are so worthy of love.
You are love.
You are here on this planet to create change.
And it starts by loving yourself and forgiving yourself and knowing that everything that has happened to you has been part of your growth plan,
Part of your transformation journey and in this helping you become fully integrated and into your power now.
So find any holes of darkness,
Of regrets,
Of shame,
Of fear and fill them up with so much love now.
Love and light filling up all those shadow places,
All that dark places as you feel into the beauty of who you are.
There is nobody else on this planet like you and you matter.
Your voice matters.
Your presence matters.
And sometimes you just need a reminder of how magical you are.
So feel into that remembrance now with the high vibrational energy of love and forgiveness swirling around you.
Good.
And with your guides and your angels lifting you up,
Holding the universal mirror and fronting view,
Showing you the bright light of who you really are now.
Just take a few moments to let it swirl and just soak it all in.
Feels nice.
Feel the remembrance,
The divinity coming back into your body as you remember who you are,
Why you're here,
How special you are,
How loved you are.
As you do this,
You get to let go of all those untrue stories and feelings that you made up about yourself.
So just take a few moments now to let it all sink in in this next minute of silence meditation.
Good.

It's funny because I had to get used to her young kind of Southern California voice and not that it bothered me but shocked me when she said remember who the f*** you are. But I've used this meditation a few days in a row and I really like it I like it alot
