One of the great blessings of going to sleep is that you're not expected to do anything, but to do nothing. Let my voice bring you to a state of starry calm, so you can sleep deeply and wake up refreshed in the morning.

This is a meditation for deep sleep.

There's so much we're expected to do during the day.

We're having to perform in a certain way.

At your job,

With your family,

With friends,

There's always expectations about what you should and shouldn't be doing.

One of the great blessings of going to sleep is that you're not expected to do anything except to do nothing.

So maybe people complicate it a little bit too much sometimes.

What I'm asking you to do is nothing.

Just be present with my voice and it will take your frequency to a deeper and deeper level.

Silence isn't only lack of sound.

Silence is of the mind.

So all that mind chatter from the day,

Regrets,

Minor grievances,

Planning for tomorrow.

Don't worry about any of that right now.

Just be still.

Still the mind.

When those tendrils of thoughts start moving out into the world again.

Past your pillow and out the window into the world and let them be drawn back into your mind.

Let them be drawn back in.

Into your mind and then down farther into your heart.

Let all of those thoughts terminate there in your heart.

No thoughts,

No movement.

Don't think.

Thinking is movement.

Be still.

And in the coming hours you'll find yourself in a deeper sleep than you've ever experienced.

Full of vivid dreams and REM sleep.

And when you open up your eyes again it'll be morning and you'll be completely rested.

Completely refreshed.

No desire to go back to sleep.

Only the desire to get up and move into the world.

All you have to do is connect to my energy.

That will bring you under.

Under that liminal state.

To a state of absolute stillness.

Perfect silence.

And if you're not asleep yet.

I'm going to wish you good night and I'm going to stay with you as you fall asleep.

Let it happen naturally.

So as you fall asleep.

Keep this frequency with you.
