Feel free to sit or lie down.
Gently feather your nest.
Remember,
Comfort is queen.
Always keep moving toward comfort to allow the healing.
And together,
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Slow,
Low,
And through the nose.
Feel it travel down deep and gently let it go.
Again long,
Slow.
Take a deep breath in.
And release it.
As you allow your eyelids to ever so gently float closed.
Allow your upper lids to rest so softly on your lower lids.
And let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let it go,
Giving yourself permission to fully relax.
And as you surrender the breath out,
Notice how your body's being supported.
Your legs.
Your hips.
You're back,
All being held.
And simply stay here for a few moments.
Witnessing your breath.
Watching it as it flows into you.
Watching it as it flows back out.
And perhaps you notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Or how your belly fills with each inhale and empties with each exhale.
Simply allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm here.
And notice your body beginning to soften Notice your mind.
Beginning to calm.
There's nowhere else to be.
And nothing else to do except to be right here.
Right now.
In this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
Simply keep breathing.
Watching your breath.
And with every exhale allow yourself to settle even more deeply.
You are so much wiser than you think.
There's this natural intelligence resting inside of you.
And inner wisdom that already knows how to heal.
And it understands how to return you.
To your wholeness.
Every one of us arrives carrying something in need of healing.
Perhaps it's a physical pain or illness.
An emotional wound.
Or a weight on your heart.
That you've been carrying for far too long.
Or perhaps it's simply the overwhelm of life.
Whatever brought you here today,
Some part of you is asking for relief.
And something deep within already knows where to go.
And so allow your attention to drift toward whatever is asking for healing right now.
Maybe it's a place in your body.
A memory from the past.
Or something weighing heavily on you,
Just notice.
Simply witness.
Now invite a healing intention into your awareness.
You might want to ask yourself.
What part of me right now could use some healing?
And allow the part of you that longs for healing.
To speak.
And gently listen.
With kindness.
With compassion and simply notice what arises.
And when that becomes clear,
Allow the healing intention to gently settle into your heart.
Like a seed.
Embedding in fertile soil.
Like rain nourishing thirsty ground.
Feel it being welcomed.
Feel it being received.
And let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Creating a little space as you exhale.
Allowing that healing intention to settle even deeper.
Feel it embed.
And with each beat of your heart.
Feel it become you.
Something wise within you already knows the way.
And intimate wisdom that has always known your true self and remembers your wholeness.
So let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in together.
And release that breath.
As you allow yourself to feel fully held.
Supported.
And safe.
And now that you are relaxed.
And fully receptive.
Let's begin our healing journey through the body.
Drift your attention to the crown of your head.
Simply notice it.
Witness it.
Observe it.
And allow it to soften.
And slowly drift your attention down.
To your forehead.
Allow the muscles there to relax.
The space around your eyes softening.
Releasing.
Your temples.
Your cheeks.
Your jaw.
Feel free to part your teeth slightly,
Allowing any tension you've been carrying there to melt away.
And now drift your attention to your mouth.
Your tongue.
Allow it to relax resting gently in your mouth.
Soft.
Effortless.
Relaxed.
And now your neck.
The front of your neck.
The back of your neck.
Allowing any strain to dissolve.
Your throat.
Softening.
Opening.
Relaxing.
And now drift to your shoulders.
Notice whatever you've been carrying there.
And give yourself some permission right here to set some of it down.
Your shoulders becoming lighter.
More spacious.
More relaxed.
Your chest.
Your upper back.
Breathing gently into both at the same time.
Allowing them to soften.
Allowing them to receive.
And now drift down your arms.
Your biceps.
Your elbows.
Your forearms.
Your wrists.
Your hands.
Your fingers.
Allowing every muscle,
Every tendon,
Every fiber to soften.
To loosen.
To relax.
And now drift back to your heart space.
Right in the center of your chest.
And take a long,
Slow breath into that space.
Breathing,
Healing in.
Creating space.
Creating ease,
Creating comfort.
And now drift down through your ribcage.
Your solar plexus.
Your middle back.
Your lower back.
Any place holding tension.
Any place asking for healing.
Simply breathe into it.
And allow.
And now your belly,
Your tender belly.
Allow it to soften.
Allow it to relax.
Allow it to trust.
And move to your hips.
Your pelvis.
Your glutes.
Releasing.
Unwinding.
Settling.
Your thighs,
Your quadriceps.
Your hamstrings.
Softening.
Relaxing.
Healing.
Your knees,
Front and back.
Breathing gently into those joints.
Allowing them to receive.
Your calves.
Your shins.
Your ankles.
Relaxing.
Softening.
Unburdening.
And now your feet.
Your heels.
The soles of your feet.
Balls of your feet.
And finally.

.
Your toes.
Allowing every part of your body to soften.
Allowing every part of your body to receive.
And now drift your attention back up to the crown of your head.
And slowly begin to scan your entire body from the crown all the way down to the tips of your toes.
And notice how much has already softened.
Notice how much has already released.
Notice how much space.
Has already been opened.
And if there is a place still asking for healing.
Drift your attention there.
Breathe gently into that space,
And as you exhale,
Offer it comfort.
Offer it compassion.
Offer it patience.
And just breathe.
And allow.
And now let's bring our attention to the heart.
All the aspects of our heart.
The feeling heart.
The Remembering Heart.
The Loving Heart.
And take a long,
Slow breath into your heart space.
And as you exhale,
Allow your awareness to settle there.
Perhaps there's something your heart has been carrying.
Or disappointment.
A loss.
The heart.
Of fear.
Or perhaps your heart is simply tired.
Whatever is present,
Welcome it.
Acknowledge it.
Allow it to be here.
And take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath into your heart.
And imagine that breath carrying warmth,
Gentleness.
Compassion.
And healing.
And with every exhale,
Allow your heart to soften.
Allow it to receive.
Allow your heart to rest.
You don't need to carry everything right now.
You don't need to hold everything together.
For these next few moments,
Just allow yourself.
To be supported.
And as you are being held right here,
Right now.
Feel that support as a warm healing light glowing gently in the center of your heart.
Pulsing with each beat of your heart.
Perhaps it appears as golden light.
Or maybe it's a white light.
Any color.
That feels healing to you.
Simply allow it to appear.
And with every inhale.
The light grows brighter.
With every exhale.
It expands.
Moving through your chest.
To your shoulders.
Your arms.
Flowing through your belly.
Your hips.
Your legs.
Your feet.
With every inhale the light grows brighter.
With every exhale.
It expands.
Rising into your neck.
Your face.
And further up.
Radiating into the crown of your head.
Until every cell of your body is bathed in this healing light.
And just feel it moving wherever healing is needed.
Feel it flowing wherever comfort is needed.
Feel it nourishing every aspect of you.
Mine.
And heart.
And continue breathing gently,
Allowing healing to unfold,
Allowing balance to return.
Allowing renewal.
And repair.
To continue.
Every breath is carrying exactly what your body needs.
Every inhale brings nourishment.
Every exhale.
Releasing what is ready to leave.
Simply allowing.
And right now imagine your body remembering.
Remembering balance.
Remembering harmony.
Remembering your natural ability to heal.
Every cell in your body communicating with every other cell.
Working together.
Speaking to each other.
Supporting one another.
Smiling at each other.
Restoring equilibrium.
So just stay in this space.
And feel the healing.
Receive the healing.
Allow the healing.
Accept the healing.
Now gently drift your awareness back to the healing intention that you planted earlier.
That healing intention that's resting in your heart.
Notice how it feels now.
Perhaps a little lighter?
A little clearer?
Or simply more supported.
Whatever you notice is perfect.
Just Witness.
And receive.
And silently repeat with me.
I am healing.
I am whole.
I am love.
I am healing.

And just allow those words to ripple through your body.
Through your mind.
Through your heart.
Like gentle ripples flowing across the surface.
Of a still lake.
Effortlessly.
Naturally.
And as you continue breathing,
Imagine yourself one week from now.
A little lighter,
A little calmer,
Your nervous system returning to balance.
Imagine yourself one month from now,
Moving through life with greater ease,
Greater clarity,
Feeling stronger,
More connected to yourself.
And imagine yourself 56 days from now.
Continuing to heal.
Continuing to grow.
With this total healing meditation.
That's a core part.
Of your daily practice.
Stepping into your power,
And continuing to return to your wholeness.
There's nothing you need to force.
Healing has its own rhythm,
Its own intelligence,
Its own timing.
And today you simply created the conditions where healing can flourish.
