Finding Your Way Through Change is a gentle space to return to yourself during life’s turning points. Whether you are navigating a job loss, relationship change, a health challenge, grief or simply feeling stretched thin, these five lessons combine insight, meditation and reflection to help you pause, breathe and move forward again. You will learn to care for yourself with compassion, set supportive boundaries, restore balance and reconnect with what truly matters. By the end of the course, you will feel more anchored within yourself, clearer about what you need and equipped with simple tools you can return to anytime. Keep a journal, a pen and some coloured pencils nearby to capture any reflections as you move through each lesson.
