This course offers a minimalist pathway to sleep through the power of the Native American Flute and grounding frequencies. I have designed these seven nights as a "sonic cocoon." Instead of active listening, you are invited to experience: -The Science of Rest: I utilize slow-wave frequencies (Delta/Theta) to naturally downshift your brain from the alertness of the day into the restorative state of sleep. The Art of Stillness: Original compositions performed on the Native American flute that mimic the human breath, signaling safety to your nervous system. Each session starts with a brief grounding invitation, followed by pure soundscape. Your only task is to listen. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, releasing the tension in your muscles and the busyness of your mind. Use this course to reclaim your nights and wake up feeling truly restored.
