I had no intention of listening to anything with words, and the last meditation I attempted (minutes ago) of monks chanting, which usually I like, gave me a headache. The title of "gratitude and joy" got my attention, I was clearly forgetting to have both. This was exactly what my being needed... soft enough to relax, spirited enough to inspire, melodic enough to enjoy, and true enough to be grateful. Thank you for this, it was a pleasant surprise and a reminder of the power of small miracles. Blessed be.
