Feel the warmth of the people around you.

You are not lonely here.

You are love.
Now bring your attention to your body from the inside.
How does it feel to be you in this life?
Notice the absence of anxiety.
The absence of lack,
Of stress,
Of needing.
What fills this space instead?
Is it peace?
Joy?
A quiet stillness that you've always had within.
And you are now remembering.
This is not fantasy.
