My approach draws primarily on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), alongside an attachment-informed understanding of how early relationships can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I support people experiencing shame, self-criticism, anxiety, grief, attachment wounds, life transitions, and questions of identity or belonging. There is also space to explore intimacy, desire, and the relationship between emotions and the body. Counselling offers a place to slow down and become curious about what is happening beneath the surface. Rather than trying to push parts of yourself away, we can begin to understand what they may be protecting and what they need.
