A wonderful deep follow up to another one of yours I meditated to this morning .. this one left me drifting on the deep base and shivering shamanic whispers and chants .... I loved it!

I tried this last night but I had fleeting visuals I couldn't grab onto anything. Play it twice today and both times got the same visual. I'm sitting in a clearing in a forest all by myself except for my wolf who seems to be my constant companion. I'm sitting in front of a fire and it's a clear night and the stars are amazing. I'm not afraid I'm feeling such a sense of peace. I know in the coming days I'm going to be faced with challenges I'm feeling very secure that I can meet those challenges and learn from them.

Listen with headphones! Follow the drums with your eyes, even if they are closed. The drums cross the midline of the body. As a clinical EMDR practioner, this is the key to unlocking trauma stored in the body. No visuals today, but I will return again and again. Thank you 😊
