We are under the same sky,
Looking at the same moon.
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
Virgo makes the world a better place.
One detail at a time.
The new moon in Virgo is here to lovingly remind us all,
That to serve at our highest level,
We need to take good care of ourselves.
So we begin here,
By closing down the eyes,
And taking a slow deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale as your body begins to center.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Your heartbeat slows on every inhale,
Becoming more present with every exhale.
Breathing in deeply,
Feeling connected and in tune with who you are,
And release,
Letting your breath find a natural rhythm of its own.
Virgo is a sign dedicated to service,
But not in the way you may think.
This season of life is here to show us,
That to truly live and to help others in the ways we desire,
We must first learn to take good care of ourselves.
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale as you reconnect the body and mind.
The two continue to work separately,
And as one.
One could not live without the other.
Virgo is a self-sacrificing energy,
Willing to put their own priorities aside,
So they can take care of everyone and everything,
Perfectionism,
Procrastinating because it's never ready,
And taking on too much for everyone.
So this new moon,
We set intentions to not do any of that.
Tonight we set the intention of learning something new,
Gaining impactful clarity,
Organizing habits and routines,
Finally learning how to take care of ourself.
This season asks you to let go of any unbalances you carry,
And to realign with what's truly best for you,
Utilizing general organization to help you succeed.
To focus in on each and every detail.
Take a purposeful deep breath in here,
And exhale,
Feeling the energy of the Virgo new moon supporting you.
Connected to tonight's illuminating energy,
I ask you to question,
What area of your life feels chaotic and unorganized?
Somewhere you spend a lot of time,
That feels overloaded and busy.
Your car,
Your desk,
The space just inside the doorway that collects items from the day.
That chair in the corner of your room.
Scanning for maybe one or a few spaces that feel unorganized or messier than they probably need to be.
Take a deep breath in here,
And on the exhale,
Begin to see in your mind this space cleaning and organizing itself.
Noticing the shift in your energy as this changes and happens.
And now I want you to shift your focus here,
To your daily habits and routines,
Or maybe even your lack of routines and daily practices.
Once again,
Scanning for any times in your day that feel a bit stressful or messy energetically.
Once again,
I want you to identify where in your day you could carve out a little time for yourself.
Going for a walk,
Journaling for 5 minutes when you wake,
Rising for your day a little earlier.
Just one self-care practice,
That would be an investment in yourself each and every day.
A space for you to really live.
Imagining how it would feel to have this sacred time in every day,
From this day forward.
Take a deep breath in.
Feeling satisfaction and peace that this brings to you.
And exhale,
Feeling into the sensation of relief.
Virgo season helps us create more ease and efficiency in life,
To examine our thoughts,
And to come up with simple ideas for improvements.
We take one last pause here,
As you give yourself permission,
Moving away from anything that no longer fits in your life.
Take a deep breath in.
And on the exhale,
I want you to feel yourself detaching from these old habits and routines.
When you return back to life after this practice,
You will move forward with the ability to create a clear vision,
For how you'd like your days to look and feel.
Knowing the choice to choose differently is entirely yours.
Always remember,
We are under the same sky,
Looking at the same moon.
Take a final deep breath in,
Inhaling the supportive energy all around you.
And release.
I welcome your mind back into your body.
Feeling in tune and aligned.
Gently wiggling the fingers,
Toes,
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes and return to the space around you.
I thank you for joining me tonight.
