Grief is natural, but it does not have to define who you are. This course offers a gentle, grounded, and practical approach to understanding grief through psychology, nervous system awareness, and spiritual insight. In this course, you will learn how grief shows up in the mind and body, understand why time alone does not heal unresolved grief, and recognize when grief has become an attachment. You will explore how to reclaim safety, stability, and meaning in your daily life and reconnect with your identity beyond loss. Through teaching, reflection, and guided practices, this course helps you experience grief without being consumed by it. You will learn to hold grief with compassion while reclaiming your sense of self, presence, and choice. By the end of the course, you will have practical tools to navigate grief in a healthy, balanced way while honoring your feelings and your personal journey.
