This practice uses the Yogic Three Part Breath technique to bring you into a full deep diaphramatic breath. This encourages you to relax and let go of tension while you fully oxygenate the body. This breathing meditation also uses the grounding power of Mother Earth to help you release and restore. I use this breath frequently in my yoga class the help students connect with the present moment of their bodies and their breath. Enjoy!
