Chris is a E-RYT Certified Yoga Teacher and a Stress Management Specialist and is a lead educator and Co-Director of the Northern NJ branch of The American Yoga Academy. He has studied and practiced in the healthcare and healing industry for almost three decades, including biomedicine, yoga, meditation and Tai Chi. Chris studied medicine in Europe and the United States. After running into walls with standard medicine in the U.S , he left his traditional healthcare roots. Chris completed his Yoga teacher training at the American Yoga Academy. He has found his way back to health care with yoga and Tai Chi: helping people let go of stress in their bodies and minds, become their own best caregivers, and live more active lives. Chris is a runner in his spare time, and is the husband of Yoga Teacher and Fitness instructor Simone-Adduchio Pezzolla.
