This short meditation will help you stretch out time in the midst of all your busyness.
Put down what you're doing just for a few moments.
Feel this change of speed in your body tissues,
In your muscles,
Your belly,
And your breath.
Right now,
In this moment,
You have all the time in the world.
You have all the time in the world to do what you need to do.
You have all the time in the world to do what you need to do.
You have all the time in the world to do what you need to do.
You have all the time in the world to do what you need to do.
Feel the pulsation of your heartbeat.
Look around you and notice something of beauty,
A color,
Something in nature,
Someone smiling.
As you slow down,
See if you can sense time opening up,
Expanding even just a bit.
Feel your body making a connection to your chair or the surface beneath it.
Within the solidity of your body,
There actually is so much space,
Space between your cells,
Tissues,
Arteries and veins,
Space inside your bones.
Feel your body soften and widen and expand even just a bit.
You have all the time you need right now.
Listen to what your heart is telling you in this moment.
Just noticing,
You don't have to take a deep dive,
But just notice if there's any emotions that are speaking to you.
Notice what your body is sharing with you.
You have all the time in the world right now to pay this kind of attention to yourself.
As you make space and shapeshift your perception of time,
You are opening yourself to greater insight,
Clarity and wisdom.
By stepping into your beingness for these moments,
You will enhance your ability for your doingness.
You have all the time you need right now.
You have all the time in the world.
