So what are you going through today?
What's on your mind right now?
Is there a current of worry running through your body that pulses and throbs with the daily flow of life?
Yes,
I feel it.
We all feel it.
And whatever it is you're going through I learned that love is the medicine.
Let's begin by connecting with our breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs.
And hold it for a moment.
Checking in.
Now exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing the tension in your jaw,
Shoulders,
Stomach.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more present,
Tuned in.
Close your eyes,
Palms up,
Open to receive.
And set the intention for love.
Inviting love in.
For now,
Let my voice be your voice,
And breathe with me.
Deep breath in.
Love is the medicine.
Say it out loud.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Imagine a warm light glowing in your heart.
Brighter,
Stronger.
Deep breath out.
Visualizing this light expanding.
Inhale.
Feel it radiating outwards,
Filling your body up,
Up,
Up.
And exhale.
Releasing what no longer serves.
Deep breath in.
Say it out loud.
Love is the medicine.
And exhale.
Slow and steady.
Inhale.
I am worthy of love.
Exhale.
Release.
Inhale.
I send love to myself and others.
Exhale.
Allow these affirmations to resonate within your body.
Feel the love.
Feel the medicine flow from cell to cell,
Limb to limb.
And feel this love wrapping around you like a warm embrace.
A love hug.
And on your next breath in,
Think of someone you care about.
Truly,
Honestly love.
And breathe out that love.
Slow and steady.
Breathe in.
Gathering love and energy.
Smiling.
And breathe out.
Visualize it reaching that person,
Filling them with warmth.
And they smile too.
Deep breath in.
Love is the medicine for all.
Breathe out.
Feeling it fill you up.
Gratitude for all the love.
And sit with this love for as long as you need.
Knowing that you are love.
You are loved.
And you are the medicine.
And when you're ready,
Bring your attention and awareness back to your beautiful self.
And carry this feeling with you.
Knowing that love is always available.
Your greatest medicine.
And so it is.
Thank you for breathing with me.
Namaste.
