This is Casey.

Welcome to your elemental clearing meditation.

Perfect for any time you wish to do an energetic cleanse,

Whenever you feel like you've been carrying a lot of energy that's not yours,

And just whenever you wish to feel more like yourself again with a capital S.

Start by finding a comfortable seated position.

Make sure you're completely at ease here and then slowly closing down your eyes.

Taking a few deep breaths in and out.

If you wish,

You can take a couple of big sighs out your mouth just to release the tension from your physical and energetic body.

For a moment,

Just allow any thoughts to melt away.

And if this is within your practice,

Feel free to call on any guides or angels or deities,

Gods,

Goddesses that you work with personally for protection,

For additional support.

Now begin to tune out your external world and tune in to your internal,

Inner world.

Slow,

Long,

Deep inhales and exhales.

In your mind's eye,

Begin to visualize Earth,

The element of Gaia,

Of Mother Earth.

This could be in a forest or on soil,

You may be surrounded by trees,

Or just anything that intuitively pops up for you that's of the Earth element.

Feel your feet grounding into this Earth,

Your whole being surrounded by Earth.

And here you can draw up a cord from Mama Gaia,

Whether in the form of tree trunks or golden white light or green light,

All the way to the bottom,

The soles of your feet,

Up into your hips,

Through your crown.

And this grounding cord would just expand into your whole body.

And if you feel like you need extra grounding today,

In your mind's eye,

Feel free to either sit on the Earth or maybe completely laying down.

And Earth is great for absorbing any energy that we no longer need to carry.

So if you feel like there's anything you just want to surrender to Mama Gaia,

This is the perfect time to do it.

Imagine yourself surrendering to a Mother's support.

Anything that you no longer need,

Anything that feels dense and heavy,

You can trust Mother Earth to return it to her.

And physically,

You can also pay more attention to your feet,

To the lower half of your body,

Grounding yourself into this physical reality,

Into this human body,

Back to what is real.

And Mother Earth is also a great teacher for us to become more present,

Slower.

The mind can travel so far,

Back and forward,

But the body has no choice but to be here.

And as you settle in,

In this image,

This is a reminder for you that nature doesn't rush,

Yet everything is accomplished.

Nature doesn't need to rush,

Because she knows that everything will be accomplished.

And you can take a few slow,

Deep breaths here,

Just to help yourself anchor into your body some more.

And slowly,

We will offer our gratitude to Gaia,

As you see this image around and underneath you,

Being dissolved into golden or white sparkles,

Returning back to Source.

In your mind's eye,

Begin to visualize the element of water.

And this can be in the form of any water that you feel most connected to,

And it can be different every time you practice this.

Some days you might need to emerge yourself completely in the ocean or a calm river,

And another day maybe it is soothing raindrops that fall and slide off of your skin.

It could be a waterfall if you need extra cleansing today.

Any elemental of the water form that you feel connected to,

Invite that in.

And water is an amazing element to support us in emotional healing and emotional alchemy.

So you can set a gentle intention for yourself,

That whatever emotions you've been carrying,

Perhaps they belong to you,

But of a lower vibrational you,

Or someone else's energy,

Could be a friend,

A partner,

Or maybe even your ancestors.

You can set an intention and ask for the element of water to take that away from you,

To absorb it back to her.

And I recommend if you feel you've been carrying a lot emotionally,

I sometimes love to just submerge myself completely in water.

And know that in this space you are completely safe so you can even breathe underwater.

For those who are more intuitive,

You can maybe even sense into all the emotional pockets,

The emotions just leaving your body,

Being absorbed by this water.

So take your time here as the element of water support you,

In her own timing,

Her own pace.

And with every breath you take,

Your emotional body becoming lighter and clearer.

Not that we need to quote-unquote free ourselves from emotions,

Because that's not the goal,

But you can set the intention for yourself to come back into more clarity and groundedness in your center as you neutrally process these emotions,

So that they don't overwhelm you.

Or completely take over you.

And once that feels complete,

We will offer our gratitude to the element of water.

Once again seeing water dissolving into golden or white light returning back to source.

And in our mind's eye,

We begin to invite the element of fire.

Again,

Any form of fire that you feel connected to in this moment could be a bonfire,

A small candle,

Or a huge fire,

If you feel like there's a lot that you wish to transform.

So,

With fire,

You can burn away any illusions,

Any fears,

Contracts,

Agreements that you made either with yourself,

Your ancestral line,

Or even a person that is just expired,

That you no longer wish to carry or fulfill.

Any messy energetic cords,

I sometimes also like to use and ask fire to help me clear that away.

But a big one is any illusions and veils that's blocking you from seeing truth and love.

You can now either step into the fire and allow all of those to be burnt away,

Or if you're craving something a bit more gentle today,

Simply set the intention to release all those from your energetic field into the fire for it to be transformed.

And if you're feeling very brave and very aware that this is a courageous act and ask,

You can also ask fire to help burn away any unhealthy cords.

Maybe that's with a friend,

A family member,

Or even a romantic partner.

So come back to your deep breaths in and out as you allow fire to do its thing.

And keep breathing and allowing any false identities and realities to be removed from your reality.

A few more moments here.

And when you feel complete,

Once again offering our gratitude to the element of fire.

As you slowly see fire dissolving back into golden white light glitters returning back to source.

Next,

In your mind's eye,

Invite in the image of air,

The element of air.

This can be in the form of strong wind or a light breeze.

I sometimes like to imagine myself standing on top of a very tall mountain where the wind is sometimes strong,

Sometimes a light breeze all around me.

But of course,

Follow your intuition and know that it can always be different any time and every time you revisit this practice.

With the element of air,

It can clear away any mental fog or again illusion but things that are around the head,

The crown,

The mind.

Any overthinking and doubts and worries,

Even anxiety and anxious thoughts.

You can set that gentle ask and intention for air to carry it away,

Away from you.

So that it can blow anything that you no longer need to carry away and into a different direction,

Dissolving itself.

So as we did,

All we have to do is set that intention and sometimes we will have an awareness of what the element is clearing,

Maybe a specific conversation or a specific relationship dynamic.

And sometimes we simply don't know and that is okay too.

Because some things,

They don't have to be solved or understood,

Can only be felt.

And we can only trust that everything is being integrated,

Processed,

Cleared in its own way.

All we have to do here is simply breathe and support the element of air to do its thing.

And a few more moments here.

Perfect.

Once again,

Offering our gratitude to air and see this element slowly dissolving back into source.

In your mind's eye,

Now visualize yourself completely surrounded by the dark void.

If this makes you uncomfortable,

You can also see yourself being surrounded by golden white light.

And all you have to do is breathe.

And sometimes I like to see and feel myself floating in space,

Having cleared all that we have cleared today.

Just enjoying this moment of energetic coherence.

And this part is completely optional.

If you already have a very strong energetic practice and you can do it quite quickly,

You can set the intention for source to fill you up with light,

To fill up the spaces that we've cleared.

That's an option.

If not,

Just allow yourself to float here in space.

Nothing more you need to do,

Just breathing and enjoying this moment of peace and inner stillness.

And you can slowly deepen your breath,

Maybe rubbing your thumb and your first finger,

Coming back to the body.

Feeling into the heaviness of your seat once again.

And feeling into the openness in your heart.

And feel free to bring a light smile to your face and blink your eyes open.

We've just done a lot of work energetically,

So don't rush back into doing mode yet.

Even if it's just for 15 seconds,

Let your gaze slowly land on whatever it's landing onto.

Looking around the room,

Maybe out the window,

And bring your gaze to your body,

And reminding yourself that you're here and you're whole.

You're very supported and very loved.

And when you feel 100% ready,

You can slowly come out of this meditation and go on with your day.
