Divine Beloved,
What's your number one value?
In the myriad of self-help and business development courses,
You're asked to list your core values,
Sometimes 3,
5,
10.
From that we get a picture,
In a perfect world of course,
Of how we make our choices,
How we live,
Move,
And have our being,
So to speak.
But that's true only if we're living consciously of our values and making choices from that level of consciousness,
Faithfully honoring the values we declare.
Think for a moment of your number one value.
Of course,
It's going to take more than a moment,
But a moment will get you started.
What is that one core value that drives your every decision?
That value in the deepest root of your desires.
That value that identifies you to yourself.
That because of this,
This is who I am.
That one value,
When not honored,
Leaves you empty.
Mine is freedom.
It's the lens through which I create my dreams and discern my decisions.
I'll ask myself,
What is freedom in this scenario?
Will this decision deny my freedom in any way,
Or the feeling of freedom,
On any level?
Freedom is not free.
Neither is any other value.
So,
The question that adjusts my mindset into divine alignment with this particular value is,
What is the cost of freedom?
And the cost is different in each scenario that presents itself.
What will it cost me to be myself,
My true self?
Guilt-free,
With no regrets.
What will it cost me?
There's always a cost to live your greatest value in the face of challenges.
Divine Beloved,
There is a cost to own it,
Or alternatively,
To sell your value at the cost of getting to your higher self.
I'm Carol,
And I'm just thinking.
