Canel Soul is trained in traumatic stress and is a certified NLP-based life coach, meditation teacher, and practitioner of yoga and Ayurveda. She brings over a decade of experience as a senior business consultant and leadership coach, working with high-achieving professionals across a range of industries, primarily women. Her work bridges emotional well-being and professional performance, supporting ambitious individuals in understanding and working with their inner experiences in a more grounded and sustainable way. Her approach is shaped not only by her professional training with leading experts in the field, but also by her personal journey through burnout, where she experienced firsthand what happens when emotional overwhelm is ignored or misunderstood. Through her work, she combines practical tools with a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, helping people develop greater clarity, emotional balance, and self-trust in both their personal and professional lives.
