Hello everyone.
This is a short meditation to fine tune your chakras.
You can use this meditation in the morning to set up your day for success.
So we can begin by taking a breath down deep to your tailbone and to your seat.
Take a breath in and take a breath out.
Begin to imagine,
Sense,
Or feel that into your tailbone there's a cloud of beautiful ruby red light flowing into that space.
Allow this ruby red light to fill up your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Ankles,
And feet.
And then you may repeat to yourself a couple of times,
I am supported.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am safe.
Slowly move your attention up into the second chakra.
So this is the space in the pelvis,
At the sacrum,
Also below your belly button,
Above your pubic bone.
Take a breath into the space in your body and then begin to imagine,
Sense,
Or feel this space being filled with light.
Beautiful,
Clear orange.
Allow this orange light to fill the whole pelvis.
And then you may repeat to yourself,
I am comfortable in my body and I treat it with care.
My emotions are free flowing and balanced.
Now begin to move your attention up into the solar plexus,
Or the third chakra.
This is the area of the upper abdomen,
Upper belly.
Take a deep breath and imagine,
Sense,
Or feel a beautiful golden sunlight yellow moving into the space of your body.
Allow it to fill your stomach,
All of your digestive organs,
Including your liver,
Your colon.
Breathe into that space.
And as you focus on this bright yellow,
You might repeat to yourself,
I am enough.
I have purpose.
I am confident and authentic.
Now as you're ready,
Begin to move your attention up further into the chest,
Into the heart area.
Imagine,
Sense,
Or feel that the whole chest is being filled with a beautiful emerald green light.
Allow this emerald green light to flow into the shoulders,
The lungs,
The heart,
Arms,
All the way into the hands.
Feeling the space,
You might repeat to yourself,
I deserve to love and be loved.
There's so much to appreciate and feel grateful for.
There's an infinite supply of love available to everyone.
Slowly move your attention up into your throat,
Feeling the space between your jaw and your collarbones.
As you breathe and feel this space,
Begin to imagine your throat being filled with a color of a deep blue color,
Like the color of blue jeans.
Allow that color to be clear and bright.
You may repeat to yourself as you focus on this color and the feeling of your throat,
I know when it's valuable to share and express what I feel,
And I do it with ease.
I know what I feel,
Think and want,
And I'm not afraid to stand in my truth.
Slowly begin to move your attention up into your third eye,
Your sixth chakra.
This is the space between your eyebrows and above your eyebrows,
And at the back of your head,
Right in the center.
Breathe into the space and begin to imagine,
Sense or feel another deep blue color,
But this time it might be more purple.
This could be purple,
It could be blue.
What do you notice?
What do you feel?
Whatever color is coming in,
Intend that that color is clear and bright.
As you focus on this color,
You might repeat to yourself,
I easily envision a new reality for myself and can bring that vision into reality.
I choose to see beauty in the world,
And beauty is reflected back to me daily.
From here,
Move your attention up to the very crown of your head,
The top of your head.
Imagine,
Sense or feel the energy moving up and out of the top of your head,
Almost as if you have an inverted cone of energy.
And as you keep your attention here,
Imagine,
Sense or feel crystal clear,
Bright white light moving through the crown of your head.
Repeat to yourself,
I am connected to and supported by all that is.
I am connected to and supported by all that is.
On your next breath here,
Imagine,
Sense,
Feel that at the top of that cone of energy,
The crown of your head,
You're receiving incredibly clear,
Bright white cloud of light.
Allow that white cloud of light to slowly descend down through the cone of light at the crown of your head,
Down through the middle of your brain,
Through the middle of your throat,
Through the middle of your heart,
Through the middle of your solar plexus,
Down through the center of the pelvis,
And down through your seat.
Good.
Continue watching that light as it descends down as far as you can take it in your imagination.
Intending that your light connects deeply with the middle of the earth.
On the next breath in,
Continue with this light as we draw it up through that central channel,
That pathway we just traveled.
Up,
Up,
Up,
Beyond your seat,
Through the pelvis,
Through the solar plexus,
Through the heart,
Through your throat,
Through the center of your brain,
And out the crown of your head.
Good.
Now from both ends,
From your crown and from your seat,
Draw that energy in and down and condense it right into the center of your chest.
Feel the power as that light grows brighter and brighter in the middle of your heart.
Now go out and enjoy this beautiful day.
