Hello,

I am Camila Capel,

And this is your moment to know yourself.

Forgiveness is necessary for healing and for happiness.

Forgiveness is love in action.

To understand everything is to forgive everything.

Calm your mind,

Relax and abandon yourself.

Think of God,

The Creator,

And the love He has for you.

And affirm,

Forgive spontaneously and fully.

Mention the person or people to whom you want,

Or need to forgive.

For being with hatred,

Hurt,

Or any kind of resentment.

I forgive myself too.

I forgive myself.

I also forgive all people,

Men and women,

Who offended me,

Hurt me,

Hurt me,

And mentally and spiritually decimate me.

I forgive everything that is related to the subject in question.

I am free,

And they are free too.

It is a wonderful feeling.

Today is my day of general forgiveness.

Therefore,

Forgive me too,

So that I may be in harmony with God and with life.

I forgive and exhume each and everyone who hurt me,

Hurt me,

Humiliated me.

I wish you from the bottom of my heart,

With sincerity,

Health,

Happiness,

Peace,

And all the blessings of life.

I do so spontaneously,

With joy and love.

And whenever I think of the person or people who hurt me,

Hurt me,

I must say that I forgive them,

Exhume them of any guilt,

And that all the blessings of life belong to them.

I am free,

And you are free too.

It is really wonderful.

Once the person has been forgiven,

You no longer need to repeat the practice.

Whenever this person comes to your mind,

Or the wound,

Return to your thought,

Wish well to your offender and say,

May peace be with you.

Do this frequently,

Every time the thought passes through your mind.

At some point,

The thought of the person or of the experience will return with an increasingly smaller frequency,

Until it disappears completely.

Wisdom and compassion.

The God that is in me greets the God that is in you.
