I have listened to this over and over again. I would love this in a 20 minute version. It is great when thoughts and worries are cycling repetively. It helps in making a shift.

Wowwww, I have a feeling I'll be bookmarking all your meditations... Whoever put this together is a musical genius! When the sound is on the complete left or right, it gets really low, almost creating a space. Definitely creates more stillness; besttt music to meditate to in my opinion. Wish it were longer 😏. On to your next ones! Pulling an all night work-sesh & your music is really helping me refresh ze brainsszz💁🏻❤️🙌🏻
