Sembre, Part One

Sembre is a sound study in monochrome, presented in two stark formations which explore the polarizing results of both a naked live recording and post-processing used as a compositional tool. An ebbing pulse of drone music that fixates on a single chord and fully considers it, all the while accumulating inertia and volume from layer upon layer of nearly identical sonic inputs. At once terrestrially warm and coldly alien, this music is best appreciated in an intimate setting, alone, where it can be appropriately measured and experienced by the listener.
