Explore MeditationAfter 10+ years of sitting in the CEO seat of two different 8 figure companies, Brent found that he was stuck, unhappy, unloved and with divorce papers in-hand. In late 2022 he stepped away from hi corporate career and took a leap of faith. Surrendering (maybe for the first time) to divine inspiration, he wrote his first book, "Papercuts: The Art of Self Delusion," which launched in August of 2023. He is on a mission to help others break free from victimhood and embrace a life of integrity through living a 3xBOLD life: one that is courageous, authentic and wild! Living BOLD is a commitment to prioritizing oneself in every choice, transcending ego-driven motivations, in order to unlock the unbounded potential of absolute freedom. This journey is anchored by rituals that center us in mind/body/spirit, such as breath work, mindfulness and meditation. Brent spent the last 5 years studying these practices and believe in sharing them with the others seeking to up-level and find freedom.
