This ritual builds upon a foundation of breathing that leads into a mindfulness practice, quickly finding ourselves in a state of meditation. From here, gratitude is brought in and used to enter a state of manifesting. This ritual disconnects us from our intellect and drops us into our hearts, allowing for anything to show up - the dream of possibility.

All right,

This is a little,

A little ritual on how to walk through and end up in manifesting and calling into our life what we really want.

So as we sit here and we get comfortable and we just start to notice our breath,

This is where we let our shoulders drop a little more,

A little deeper with each breath out.

And we follow our breath in and follow it out,

Settling into a circular breath of about five seconds in and five seconds out.

As we sit into this pattern and we breathe into it,

We follow the air as it comes into our lungs,

As it expands our chest,

As the skin stretches against our shirt,

Moving our body ever so slightly up.

As we breathe out,

Our back pushes into the wall or the chair or into space.

And we notice this rhythm start to form,

Pulling up,

Pushing down,

And something interesting happens.

The feeling,

The energy,

It moves down into our legs,

We start to feel it in our thighs.

It's warming our hands up,

Our palms are getting a little tingly,

And this whole time we've not been paying attention to the smell that's coming into our nose.

Maybe it's the dust of the room,

The humidity of the day,

Maybe it's a candle burning in the other room,

And we forgot that the air conditioning is on,

And we can hear a bird chirping outside,

And the inside of our eyelids is staring back at us,

The blackness,

With hues of orange peeking from the edges.

And as we're feeling this on our legs and smelling this in our nose and hearing it in our ears and seeing behind our eyes,

At the same time,

There's a taste on our tongue.

Maybe it's coffee,

Maybe it's just dryness,

Maybe it's a residue from lunch.

Whatever it is,

This is your five senses,

And this is how we interact with the world.

It's how we as humans,

Or as our smaller self,

The ego,

Knows to interpret what we're encountering,

Our experiences,

And this is mindfulness,

This is being present,

That's all it is.

Realizing that every second,

Every breath,

What are you feeling,

What are you seeing,

What are you hearing,

What are you tasting,

What are you smelling?

You are in the present.

As you think about these five sensations,

It's virtually impossible to have the struggles of the day creep in.

The mind can't think about those five things at once and allow other things.

This is the point of mindfulness,

Is to drop into this place.

As you allow your five senses to create a titilizing sensation,

An emotion,

To flood through your body,

You find you're actually meditating,

Because when we meditate,

It's not about silence,

Removing everything from our mind,

It's about stepping out of the intellect,

Moving away from the circular thought patterns we have about things that aren't here in the present.

And by doing the mindfulness exercise,

We've actually dropped into a meditation.

We're here in the present moment,

And as thoughts circle back in,

We just think about our senses.

How's your breath?

What's it smell like as it's coming in,

Before it hits your lungs?

And as we end this mindfulness part,

We stay in this meditation and move ourselves to gratitude.

This is where we thank ourselves,

And the universe,

And God,

And give appreciation for what we have,

Who we are,

Being here right here and now.

The human experience is this.

It's just being here,

And there's so much beauty in that every experience is available to you,

Through these five senses,

And the potential of that.

That's worth so much gratitude,

And from this place of gratitude is where we can start to move into manifestation,

And it's not about doing a vision board about the 911,

Or the Ferrari you want,

Or the house you want,

Or the partner you want.

That's a level of control that we're not going to step back into.

That's not for us to construct at that level of detail.

Instead,

We're going to give thanks for what we have right now.

We're going to give thanks for peace.

We are in a state of peace right now.

You're there.

This is peace.

It's peaceful.

You have the ability to operate your life from this place of peace,

Because you have it right now,

And you have power.

Power over choosing to sit right where you're at,

To do this practice,

This ritual,

To choose.

Your life is not happening to you,

It's happening by you,

As you,

And through you.

You have that power right now,

And you have plenty.

Plenty of air to breathe,

Plenty of food to eat,

Plenty of water to drink,

Plenty of love in your life,

Starting with self-love.

You fill your own cup.

You have plenty,

And as we stack these three things on top of each other,

Having peace,

Having power,

And having plenty,

We're already there.

When we live in this place of now,

We're actually living in the future at the same time,

And this is how manifesting works,

Because we are showing gratitude for what we already have,

And the universe will bring us more of that,

Because we have it,

We've already created it,

And we're appreciating it.

And as we breathe that in,

Allow that to settle in your bones,

Allow it to give you goosebumps,

Knowing that you have all of that right now,

And give thanks for it.

Take one last deep breath in,

And hold it at the top,

And just lock that gratitude in,

And smile,

And keep smiling,

And breathe it out.

Go have an awesome day.
