Meditation On A Summer Storm
Summer storms were big and violent where I grew up. In my home now, they tend to be gentle and slow. This meditation is recording while listening to a recording I made in our backyard as a storm approached and the rain started. You can imagine the thunder, and the drops of rain, but also the birds that kept chirping and a lawnmower somewhere in the neighborhood. You can also hear the reflections of past storms in your memory. There is calmness and stillness here, even in the middle of the storm
