Explore MeditationI am Manoj Kaimal. I am a philosophy teacher , story teller , yoga teacher , handstand teacher and practitioner of all of the above. I am passionate about sharing all of this to as many amazing people as possible. As bio , have been practicing yoga for more than 35 years and teaching yoga for around 25years. Grew up with lots of exposure to Vedanta philosophy and later with yoga sutra as well Tantra. In terms of body related movement practices , have been deeply into martial arts , and with the movement/ posture methodology of Sivananda system, Iyengar , Ashtanga vinyasa etc. I Conduct philosophy courses , yoga teacher training programs , meditation programs and retreats.
