Grace Of A Butterfly
The arrival of spring in Australia sees the return of butterflies to my Japanese garden. Butterflies hold a special meaning for me, symbolizing joy, freedom, and new beginnings. Just as butterflies take flight, we too can spread our wings and embrace the changes in our lives. Change happens when we take action and let go. I challenge you to ask yourself, "What is one new thing I will do today?" It can be something small, like giving yourself a self-hug. Taking that first step is what matters. You may know Violet 108, an amazing teacher and friend (my American "twin"), who hosts weekly "Ask Your Guides" live sessions, inviting various teachers as guests.
