Traditional Lakota Flute

This track comprises of four songs played on a traditional Lakota flute. I've been playing the flute since I was 14, today I am 22. I am 1/16 Charokee and not directly affiliated with Native American traditional culture, although today I do feel a deep existential understanding and connection to that culture.

When I record, there is an overwhelming sense of presence. Please enjoy.

So beautiful to just close your eyes to and melt into the sound and relax before a longer journey meditation but I have also listened on its own to go to sleep to if tired. Love this. So many blessings for sharing 🙏💚🙏
