This meditation is going to help you relax and fall asleep peacefully.
We're going to start by getting really really comfy.
You might be laying down or sitting down,
Taking a moment to feel comfortable and let this teddy bear hug you.
As you feel yourself become a little more sleepy,
Imagine yourself lying on this puffy soft cloud.
This cloud is taking you on an adventure,
Flying with this cloud but you're resting so comfortably.
You can still have your teddy bear with you if you'd like,
Hugging you.
The cloud is showing you the world and the universe and it's so much fun.
You also feel so relaxed and totally held.
Soon this cloud is taking you all the way to the moon.
Cloud is taking you to the moon to say hello and good night.
Soon you greet the moon,
You can say what you'd like,
You can say hi,
You're so beautiful,
I love you.
And then the moon whispers a message for you.
What does the moon say?
Does the moon say good night?
Time for rest,
Dear child,
I love you.
Receiving your message from the moon.
And then feel the moon kiss your forehead and gently softly send you back on your cloud.
All the way to the world,
Back to where you live.
Placing you so softly and gently on your bed,
Kissing you good night,
Telling you I love you.
And now so cozy and comfy in your bed,
You still have your teddy bear.
You gently softly let yourself sleep,
Fall asleep with a smile on your face of the friends you've met tonight,
The cloud,
The moon,
The beautiful tour of the world,
Knowing how special and loved you are.
Peacefully,
Peacefully,
Drifting into sleep,
Quietly,
Gently,
You are held,
You are loved.
