Frequencies For The Root Chakra

This track was created to facilitate the balancing and opening of the muladhara or the root chakra. A binaural bassline plays throughout to induce deep relaxation, and the music drifts from 228Hz into 456Hz--both believed to be frequencies associated with healing of the root chakra. Listening with headphones is particularly helpful for relaxing the brain, while listening with speakers is helpful for relaxing the body.

Wow! Hurt my lower back and leg last week. Been resting which is hard for me. Doc said Tuesday i have scoliosis. On my morning meditation, spirit said it was my first Chakra.
