Hello beautiful soul,

This is Anjefurla and this is a recording for the sacred soul alignment of confusion and overwhelm,

Releasing fear and the rose alignment.

I invite you to get comfortable and take a deep breath,

Closing your eyes and centering yourself in your heart.

Taking a moment to call back all of your awareness,

All parts and aspects of you.

Want to breathe slowly and deeply in and out of your heart,

Imagining that you can breathe from your heart.

Now imagine that all around you are particles of light,

Sparks of light.

These may be golden light or white light.

This light is pure source energy,

This is part of who you are.

Allow these particles of light to begin to merge into your body,

Filling your heart and filling every cell and molecule of your body.

Bringing in this light into your body,

Gathering the source energy into the center of your heart,

Forming a beautiful ball of light.

Now imagine that from the light in the center of your heart is a golden cord,

This is your grounding cord.

Send this cord down from the center of your heart into the earth,

Going through all the layers of the earth until you come to the crystalline core of Gaia,

Where you will see,

Feel or imagine a warm golden light.

This is the heart chakra of Gaia.

Connect your golden cord into the heart of Gaia,

Feeling the heart to heart connection between your heart and the heart of Gaia.

And begin to draw the unconditional love and support there,

Back up through your cord into your earth star chakra,

About 12 inches below your feet.

Then into your feet,

Up your legs,

Into your root chakra.

You are now going through all the chakras and clearing,

Cleansing them,

Activating and balancing them.

And from your root chakra,

Now to your sacral,

Taking a deep breath,

Further up to your solar plexus,

Into your heart chakra,

Seeing your heart expand.

Now send a beam of light up from your heart,

Pulling that golden light from Gaia up with you as you travel through your high heart,

Your throat,

Your third eye,

Your crown,

Opening up your crown and going further up into your soul star chakra,

About 12 inches above your head,

Sending your beam of light up,

Up,

Up and connecting with your higher self,

Calling forward your I AM presence,

Your divine creator self,

Connecting this beam of light from your heart into the heart of your higher self.

Now send your beam of light up,

Up,

Up all the way up past the universe,

Past the multiverse,

Out as far as you can travel until you reach a beautiful,

Iridescent light of the heart of creation.

This is the energy of all that is.

This is pure creation energy.

Connect your beam of light into the heart of creation and get in there and allow yourself to soak in that pure energy of all that is,

Filling the heart to heart connection between your heart and the heart of creator.

Begin to pull that iridescent light down your beam of light into your soul star,

Into your crown,

Into your third eye,

Your throat and back to your heart,

Seeing your heart expand and allowing this beautiful iridescent light flow into your heart,

Merging with the golden light from Gaia and the pink light of love from your own heart,

Creating a beautiful,

Iridescent rose gold light,

Allowing this light to fill every cell of your body and expanding this light out beyond your physical body,

Going out twelve feet in all directions,

Forming a beautiful ball of iridescent rose gold light that you are in the center of.

Now witnessing a space in the earth opening up for this ball of light with you inside to drop slowly down,

Dropping all the way into the heart of Gaia.

Sink yourself in there,

Feeling the heart to heart connection between your heart and the heart of Gaia and your heart and the heart of creator.

Take a deep breath and center yourself in the most sacred space of your heart.

With divine love and light creator it is commanded to send the sacred soul alignment confusion and overwhelm now.

In a world where we are endlessly bombarded with noise and activities that compete for our attention,

It can feel like all of our senses are being assaulted or attacked.

Confusion and overwhelm become a state of being that leads to stress,

Fear,

Worry,

Anxiety and emotional and physical pain.

And especially in this world we live in at the moment where we hear all those different news and the noise and being bombarded with one fearful news after another.

Because it is very hard and challenging to stay in our centers,

We are constantly being pushed and pulled between the truth and the untruth.

This alignment will lift,

Clear and delete energetic noise that has attached to you,

Clearing the confusion and overwhelm your feeling at the root.

It aligns you to the vibrations of stillness,

Quiet,

Pace,

Confidence and clarity so you can feel centered no matter what else is going on around you and it empowers you to feel and to hear the whispers of your own hard truth.

To receive this alignment all you need to do is relax,

Breathe and be open to receive,

Opening up every cell and molecule of your body to receive the energies of this healing and integrating them.

The more open you are,

The more you will receive those energies.

And it is okay for your conscious mind to every now and then slip away,

It's kind of like this half sleep state.

And with that the conscious mind makes room for the subconscious to receive the healing on a very very deep level.

So trust that those alignments and the energies are working perfectly fine.

I will give you a moment to tune into those energies and to feel them while they are running and integrating into your body.

You might feel a tingling in your fingers or feet,

Up your arms and your legs or you might feel very hot or very cold or very heavy,

Grounded or very light and floating.

Or you might feel nothing at all,

Trust that the energies are running on a high right now and we experience them every time we listen to those alignments in a different way.

Taking deep breaths and while the energies are slowly winding down they will keep running on high for the next 24 and 48 hours and then slowly easing off over the week.

I will stack the next alignment on top which is fear.

Fear is a basic human emotion.

In ancient times fear served to preserve humankind.

Fear allowed our ancestors to protect themselves from life threatening situations.

However fear that does not serve to protect us can be extremely harmful to our emotional,

Mental and physical well-being.

The energy of fear from other lifetimes and timelines can also enter our current lifetime and create energy blocks that hold us back from living fully and joyously and it is the same with the fear that is created right now from the unknown.

This alignment will release fear being held in the body,

Arising emotions,

Beliefs and traumas including those from other lifetimes or timelines.

This alignment also brings Creator's perspective on the fight or flight response so we are able to discern between real and imagined threats and choose an aligned appropriate response.

Also bringing in the understanding of true freedom when we are free of fear on every level and it will help you to live in this energy of freedom so you can move forward with the trust and faith and create the reality that you desire.

I will give you a moment to tune into those energies being open to receive them fully and staying with your breath.

I will give you a moment to tune into those energies and to feel them while they are running and integrating into your body.
