Meditation Timer OnlineAnnie first found meditation and mindfulness in 2014. After some hesitation, she started practising it regularily as she noticed the benefits it added to her life regarding handling stress and becoming more balanced in every-day life. Using techniqies learned from meditation deeply helped her during the busy life as a university student with intense exam periods. In 2019, she finally took the opportunty to participate in the 10-day Silent Vipassana Retreat in New Zealand. When she switched universities for her Master studies at a highly competitive Business School in Sweden, she found belonging and fantastic friends in the school organisation Mindful Mondays where she first started guiding lunch meditations, virtually and in-person, for other students, professors and alumni. This enabled for the opportunity to attend a Mindfulness Instructor Training in 2021/22, which she completed in April 2022.
