
Meditation On Peace - To Meet In The Middle
Many of us have directly experienced stress, and even more powerful emotions such as rage and indignation due to the volatile and turbulent developments around the world, leading to turmoil and suffering for many. While most of us are not directly (personally) confronted with these intense and sometimes life-threatening situations, we still feel the pain and emotions while at the same time feeling powerless. You might not realize it, and yet you are part of a significant group (silent majority), who are unable to do something concrete or constructive to help. And of course, it is also possible that you are right in the middle of all this suffering. There are many ways to go about this, to strive for peace, and I choose to raise awareness. To help us understand and actually feel that we are all connected. By raising your consciousness the field where everyone can meet in the middle opens up. And this is where I would like to take you.
